Returns Policy

We understand that from time to time you may need to return an item due to fit, color or style reasons, or in the event that an item is not as described/defective.

If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please contact The Boutique within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We do not offer store credit.

Item Eligibility:

For sanitary reasons we kindly ask that you note that bathing suits are not eligible for return or exchange. This is to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

We'll gladly accept all other unworn, unwashed, unused, and unaltered merchandise for refund or exchange. Items must have original tags.

How to Return/Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at The Boutique. Make sure to provide your order reference number, reason for return, and specify whether you are making a return or exchange. You will then be issued a return number that you will need to include in your return.

Return Shipping:

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a carrier with tracking capabilities. We kindly ask that you please reuse the original packaging if possible.

Refunds:

Once we receive your items at the warehouse, you will be issued a coupon code to be redeemed in-store for the cost of the item and any applicable taxes to your original payment method, not including original shipping costs. Please allow 3-5 business days after we’ve received your items for your refund to be processed.

Exchange options:

Once we receive your items at the warehouse, we will issue a replacement order for the exchange.

  • If the cost of your new item is less than that of the item you originally ordered, your original method of payment will be credited the price difference, minus the applicable new shipping fee
  • If the cost of your new item is more than that of the item you originally ordered, your original method of payment will be charged the price difference, in addition to the applicable new shipping fee
